November 20, 2025 — Are you a new (or newer) leader or aspiring leader? Learn, explore, assess and develop your skills with NAHRO’s newest premier training!
Now in its fourth cohort, the Emerging L.E.A.D.ership Program guides participants through thought-provoking exercises, building key skills to prepare for employee supervision, team management, coaching, goal setting, and performance evaluations, as well as developing and leveraging employee strengths and talents. Previous participants have gone on to do great things: serving on boards, expanding their teams, and earning promotions!
The program is a comprehensive six-part learning journey, with two in-person and four virtual sessions, and a few hours of “homework” between each session. The program focuses on applying the concepts, skills, and tools learned during the program. Sessions will take place on:
