The ROSS RRP program provides one-time assistance via a cost-reimbursable grant for residents of HUD-assisted housing. Funding can be used for service coordination and limited direct services to support residents affected by natural disasters, public health crises, and economic disruptions. Eligible activities include salary and fringe benefits, training related costs, and administrative and direct service costs.
To qualify for eligibility you must:
- Be a current or former ROSS grantee that has received ROSS funding since 2017;
- Remain eligible under the current ROSS NOFO; and
- Maintain status as either a PHA, Indian housing authority, nonprofit, multifamily owner, faith-based organization, or tribal entity
To apply, eligible applicants must have a designated Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR) in GrantSolutions.gov. Eligible applicants should receive a directed announcement via GrantSolutions.
Submission requirements to apply can also be found in Section IV of Notice PIH 2025-23.
