Same Training, Catchier Name — Say Hello to the NAHRO LEAD Program!
The program formerly known as the “NAHRO Emerging L.E.A.D.ership Program” is now the NAHRO LEAD Program!
Now in it’s 4th cohort, the NAHRO LEAD program supports new (and newer) housing and community development leaders and aspiring leaders in developing key skills to prepare for supervising employees, managing teams, coaching, goal setting, achieving outcomes, evaluating performance, and developing and leveraging employee strengths and talents.
Interested in joining the program? LEAD Cohort 5 will kick off this fall at the 2026 National Conference & Exhibition in Denver.
