Join staff from HUD’s Office of Housing to hear about the latest updates related to the Rental Assistance Demonstration and the Project-Based Rental Assistance program. The presentation will cover changes made to the RAD program with the recent publication of RAD Supplemental Notice 4C (March 2025) as well as other relevant topics including RAD, Section 18 Blends, RAD for small agencies, and Restore Rebuild development. HUD staff will discuss relevant information on repositioning public housing units, including discussions of any new initiatives by the Office of Recapitalization as well as new initiatives related to PBRA that PHAs should know before repositioning. Staff will also discuss the administration’s FY 2027 budget request, and other regulatory topics.
