SYMPOSIUM HOTEL
The Renaissance Nashville Hotel, located at 611 Commerce Street, Nashville, TN, 37203, is in the heart of downtown, attached to Fifth + Broadway and steps from attractions such as Bridgestone Arena and Ryman Auditorium.
NAHRO SYMPOSIUM ROOM RATE
The Symposium room rate at the Renaissance is $299/night plus 16.75% tax, and a daily $2.50 per room city tax.
HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
Register first…then reserve your room! Symposium registration is required prior to making a reservation in the discounted NAHRO room block. To access the NAHRO room block, attendees must make reservations through the weblink provided in Symposium registration confirmation. No phone reservations will be accepted. Requests for reservations at the NAHRO rate will be accepted on a space available basis through June 22 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out (whichever comes first.) Please note: Within the NAHRO room block, registered attendees are eligible for (1) hotel room only in their name, so that all attendees are best able to access a room in the NAHRO block. Multiple reservations under the same name and any reservation without a corresponding Symposium registration will be canceled without notice.
REQUIRED RESERVATION GUARANTEE
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive an automated confirmation of your hotel reservation upon completion of your reservation.
RESERVATION CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Name changes, arrival/departure changes and/or cancellations should be submitted via the online reservation system on or before June 22. After June 22, please contact the hotel directly.
PAYMENT OF ROOM CHARGES ON-SITE
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or check.
INCIDENTAL HOLD/DEPOSIT
Please note the hotel requires an incidental hold/deposit of $100 per night at the time of check-in (payable by cash or credit/debit card only.)
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event you check out of the hotel prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax.
BEWARE OF HOUSING SCAMS!
There are companies that may contact NAHRO conference attendees offering to assist with conference hotel arrangements. They may falsely claim to be affiliated with NAHRO. NAHRO will not call you regarding hotel arrangements and does not utilize third-party vendors for this purpose. If you are contacted by any of these companies, do not engage or share credit card or any other personal information.
