FY 25 CoC Awards for Quarter Two Announced

May 5, 2026 — On April 27, HUD announced more than $1.095 billion in fiscal year 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) program renewal funding for quarter two. The awards will fund 1,826 projects meant to prevent and reduce homelessness.

Award funding for quarters three and four are expected to be announced by late May or early June as confirmed by HUD in recent court proceedings.

NAHRO will provide more updates regarding CoC funding as new information become available.
