On July 18, the full House Appropriations Committee approved its FY 2024 THUD appropriations bill, passed by Transportation-Housing and Urban Development (THUD) Subcommittee on July 13. The bill cuts the HOME by over $1 billion but largely preserves other critical housing and community development programs.
