The first African-American Woman Speaker of the House of Delegates for the State of Maryland, Speaker Jones will share her journey and ascent to becoming Maryland’s Speaker of the House. She’ll also provide an overview of her recently released package of bills focused on minimizing race-based socio-economic and health disparities.
