NAHRO’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee gives you permission to dream as we invite you to visualize what the future of affordable should look like. What does the future hold for us? Uncertainty, innovation, chaos, or vibrancy; given the changes in the American landscape, we will most assuredly be a part of that change. Are we ready for the future? How can we, as housers, shape that future? What future would you dream of? How will our industry rise to the challenges of climate change, and the uncertainty in future funding? What talents, values, and expertise are required to meet those challenges and, most of all, how will we make sure that our residents thrive in the future? Join us as we look forward and use our imaginations to develop strategies that will respond to both the industry and residents’ needs.
