Steven Molinari

Steven Molinari is a Policy Analyst with NAHRO who started in March of 2022. His duties consist of policy presentations, qualitative and quantitative analysis of new regulations as proposed by HUD or affiliated agencies, developing comment letters and other written communications, and advocating for and assisting NAHRO members, which include Executive Directors and staff of Public Housing Agencies nationwide. Steven has been a point person on several policy areas for NAHRO, specifically federal policies and programs pertaining to homelessness and community development.

He brings knowledge from his previous position, where he worked for the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development for three years implementing local policy and placing families experiencing homelessness into permanent housing. Steven is committed to the priorities of NAHRO members and continuously advocates for fully funded housing programs that meet the needs of the country’s most vulnerable populations.

Steven is an avid traveler, decent cook, and a regional champion for the popular board game Settlers of Catan.
