Get Your Conference Session Proposals In Now!

The deadline for the NAHRO Call for Session Proposals is fast approaching! Submit a proposal by June 11, to present at NAHRO’s 2021 National Conference & Exhibition in Phoenix, Ariz., Oct.7-9.    Presenting is a career-building and personally rewarding experience that will connect you with housing and community development leaders and professionals from around the country.

NAHRO is currently planning for a hybrid conference in Phoenix, meaning the conference will be in-person, with a limited virtual component.  While we are still determining what the hybrid conference will look like, we are planning for sessions to occur live and in-person in Phoenix; please insure your panelists are willing to travel and attend in-person, prior to proposal submission.

Session proposals should focus on current and emerging issues, best practices, and strategies to handle challenges facing the industry.  We welcome proposals from all areas of housing and community development; proposals should fall under one of the following topic tracks:

  • Commissioners
  • Community Development
  • International
  • Moving to Work
  • Organizational Management
  • Public Housing
  • Repositioning
  • Section 8/HCV

Proposals must be submitted through NAHRO’s on-line submission tool. Submissions should be complete with a clear and concise session title and description, three learning objectives and identified panelists.

For more information and to submit a proposal, go to https://www.nahro.org/events/national-conference/call-for-session-proposals/

We look forward to reviewing your proposal!
