HUD Shares Information with Industry Groups on Disbursement Dates Before Debt Ceiling Timeline

On May 25, during a call with NAHRO and other industry groups, HUD shared information about pre-debt ceiling deadline disbursement dates for the Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs. According to the federal agency, funding for the Public Housing Operating Funding subsidy will be in the Line of Credit Control System (LOCCS) for June and July by Tues. (May 30) or Wed. (May 31) for agencies to access. For the HCV program Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) and administrative fee funding will be disbursed on Monday (May 29). This disbursement will include funding for the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program.
