- Program Administration: How can the voucher program administration be made better? This breakout session will discuss current program rules that create operational bottlenecks such as portability and program reporting.
- Resident Success: How can a voucher lead to resident success? This breakout session will discuss the services that are critical to a resident successfully using a voucher and how those services, such as family self-sufficiency, security deposit support, and landlord incentives, can be strengthened and paid for.
- Homeownership: How can a voucher help a resident build wealth through homeownership? This breakout session will discuss the current voucher homeownership program and how it can be strengthened through program updates to increase community partnerships.
