Registration

The National Conference will be in-person at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina Hotel September 22-24. Virtual participation will not be available.

A unique email address is required for each registrant. The email address used to register for the conference will be required for mobile app access.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION includes admission to all plenary and concurrent sessions; continental breakfasts; exhibit hall events; the Welcome Reception and access to the conference app.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES:

  • MEMBER:  
    Early Bird Rate: $545 – Register thru August 15
    Regular Rate: $645 – Register August 16 thru September 2
    Same-day/On-site Rate: $745 – Register on-site in San Diego
  • NON-MEMBER:
    Early Bird Rate: $795 – Register thru August 15
    Regular Rate: $895 – Register August 16 thru September 2
    Same-day/On-site Rate: $995 – Register on-site in San Diego
  • RESIDENT: $295
    A resident resides in public housing.
  • GUEST: $295
    A guest is a spouse/friend, not a co-worker or work colleague

ADD-ON OPTIONS:
Must be registered for the conference to register for add-on options.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Registration fee must be paid in advance. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are paying by check, download this hard copy registration form, complete and follow remittance instructions on form.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Advance registration must be received on or prior to September 2. You will receive your confirmation as soon as payment is applied.

REGISTRATION CHANGES/SUBSTITUTIONS
Changes/substitutions must be submitted in writing by September 2 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail, conferenceregistration@nahro.org.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All conference cancellations must be in writing and submitted by mail or email on or before September 2, to receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after September 2. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY FOR NAHRO CONFERENCES
Only registered conference attendees are eligible for hotel rooms in the NAHRO conference room block. Register first…then reserve your room! Once your registration is confirmed, your registration confirmation will contain a hyperlink through which to reserve your hotel accommodations on-line in the NAHRO room block.  Phone reservations will not be accepted.  

CEU INFORMATION
The conference will offer a lump sum 14.5 credit hours of NAHRO Continuing Education Units (1.45 NAHRO CEUs.) NAHRO can provide documentation of CEUs earned. Further information at www.nahro.org/certification

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event this conference needs to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic or for any other reason, NAHRO will refund 100% of conference registration fees paid. NAHRO assumes no liability for any travel fees, charges, penalties, or any other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a conference cancellation.
