NAHRO’s Property Management Essentials course provides participants, not only with knowledge and methods, but with interactive application of what is presented. Case studies, exercises, facilitated analysis discussion, visuals and application of critical thinking are used. The program clearly identifies all of the critical issues and concerns property management personnel must address to maintain financial and market viability of the property managed.
