When and where is the NAHRO 2025 National Conference & Exhibition? 
NAHRO’s 2025 National Conference & Exhibition takes place September 28-30, at the Phoenix Convention Center, located at 100 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004. All NAHRO-sponsored conference events will take place at the Convention Center. Hotels in NAHRO’s room block are within 1-3 blocks of the Convention Center.

When does registration open?
Registration will open the week of June 30. Advance Registration will close after September 19, and On-site Registration will open on September 27 at the Phoenix Convention Center.

How much does it cost to attend?

  • Early Bird Registration Rate – The early bird registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration through August 15. Member: $745; Non-Member: $1020
  • Regular Registration Rate – The regular registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration August 16-September 19.  Member: $845; Non-Member: $1120
  • On-Site/Same Day Registration Rate – The on-site registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration after September 19. Member: $945; Non-Member: $1220

What forms of payment does NAHRO accept?
Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are paying by check, download a hard copy registration form, complete and follow remittance instructions on form. Please note, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and processed.

What is the cancellation policy?
Conference registration cancellation must be submitted in writing by September 4 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail to conferenceregistration@nahro.org  in order to receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee.  No telephone cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Please note: NAHRO secures conference arrangements and assumes contractual liability based on attendee registration numbers; NAHRO therefore is not able to grant refunds after September 4 nor allow for credits toward future events. Attendees agree to this policy by registering for the conference.

What does the registration fee include?
Registration includes admission to all NAHRO-sponsored conference events including plenary and concurrent sessions; continental breakfasts and breaks; receptions; exhibit hall events; and access to the conference app.

What meals are included in the cost of my registration?
Registration includes the following:
-Continental breakfast on September 28, 29 and 30
-Lunch on September 28 and 29
-Heavy hors d’oeuvres and (1) complimentary beverage at the evening receptions on September 27, 28 and 29. 

Are sessions being recorded?
All sessions will be live and in-person and sessions will not be recorded.  Virtual participation is not available.

What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual attire is encouraged. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a sweater or jacket as sometimes the meeting room temperatures can fluctuate. In late September, Phoenix typically experiences very warm to hot daytime temperatures, with averages ranging from 90°F to 100°F, and warm evenings with lows around 75°F. Rainfall is minimal.

Will wireless internet be available at the Convention Center?
Complimentary Wi-Fi service will be available for attendees throughout the meeting space and exhibit hall.  Network and password information will be provided at badge pick-up.
