Hotel Information

All conference events will take place at the Marriott Orlando World Center Hotel, located at 8701 World Center Drive, Orlando, FL, 32821.

NAHRO CONFERENCE ROOM RATE
The NAHRO conference room rate at the Marriott Orlando World Center Hotel is $210/night plus $47 daily resort fee and 12.5% tax, for a daily total of $289.13.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
Register first…then reserve your room! Conference registration is required prior to making a reservation in the discounted NAHRO room block. To access the NAHRO room block, attendees must make reservations online through the weblink provided in the conference registration confirmation. No phone reservations will be accepted. Requests for reservations at the NAHRO rate will be accepted on a space available basis through September 6 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out, whichever comes first.  Rooms within the NAHRO room block are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. After September 6,  attendees will need to make reservations direct with the hotel and will be subject to the hotel’s current prevailing rate. Any reservation in the NAHRO room block without a corresponding conference registration will be canceled without notice. 

REQUIRED RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A credit card is required to make a reservation. All rooms require a first night’s deposit plus tax that will be charged to the credit card prior to your arrival date and credited against the room balance.  Room deposits are non-refundable for cancellations occurring after September 6.   

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
You will receive an automated confirmation of your hotel reservation upon completion of your reservation.

RESERVATION CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Name changes, arrival/departure changes and/or cancellations should be submitted via the online reservation system on or before September 6.   After September 6, please contact the hotel directly.  Deposits will be refundable for cancellations received on or before September 6.

PAYMENT OF ROOM CHARGES ON-SITE
Once on-site, guest room balances can be paid by check or credit card.  Cash is not accepted. Checks must be received in advance and indicate first name, last name, and hotel confirmation number in order to locate the reservation to process the check.

INCIDENTAL HOLD/DEPOSIT
Please note the hotel requires a $100 daily incidental hold/deposit at the time of check-in, payable by credit card only.  Cash is not accepted. If a guest does not want to use a credit card for this, they would need to complete a credit card authorization form in advance of arrival or send a check in advance.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event you check out of the hotel prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will charge an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax.
