CONFERENCE HOTEL
The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is located at 400 New Jersey Ave, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The hotel is located within walking distance of popular attractions and monuments, including the U.S. Capitol, the National Mall and the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum.

Hotel reservation update as of 3/31/24:

NAHRO CONFERENCE ROOM RATE
The conference room rate for NAHRO attendees is $299/night plus 15.95% tax. To access the special rate, attendees must make reservations thru the weblink provided in conference confirmation. No phone reservations will be accepted.

HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY FOR NAHRO CONFERENCES
Register first…then reserve your room! Conference registration is required prior to making a reservation in the NAHRO room block. Once your registration is confirmed, your registration confirmation will contain a weblink through which to reserve your hotel accommodations on-line in the NAHRO room block.  A credit card is required to make a reservation. Phone reservations will not be accepted.  **Any reservation in the NAHRO room block without a corresponding conference registration will be canceled without notice.** 

Requests for reservations at the NAHRO group rate will be accepted for registered conference attendees on a space available basis through March 15 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out, whichever comes first.  Rooms within the NAHRO room block are limited and first-come, first-serve. 

REQUIRED RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A credit card is required to make a reservation. All rooms require a first night’s deposit plus tax that will be charged to the credit card prior to your arrival date and credited against the room balance.  Room deposits are non-refundable for room cancellations that occur after March 15.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS
You will receive an automated confirmation of your hotel reservation upon completion of your reservation. Please do not call the hotel “just to be sure” until a few days after March 15 as the reservation will not show in their system immediately.

RESERVATION CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Name changes, arrival/departure changes and/or cancellations should be submitted via the online reservation system on or before March 15.   After March 15, please contact the hotel directly.  Again, room deposits are non-refundable for room cancellations that occur after March 15.

PAYMENT OF ROOM CHARGES ON-SITE
Once on-site, guest room balances can be paid by check or credit card. If by check, checks need to be sent to the hotel (Attn Accounting Dept.) and received at least 3 days prior to arrival. Confirmation number, attendee name and conference name should be provided with check.

INCIDENTAL HOLD/DEPOSIT
Please note the hotel requires a $50/day incidental hold/deposit at the time of check-in (payable credit/debit card only.)

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event you check out of the hotel prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax.
